Love Muffins

 

I made some love muffins for my boyfriend and I have to say that they don't just look absolutely lovely, they were delicious! It's perfect for a present for someone you love. Or maybe just to say your mom how much you care about here. 

Recipe for chocolate love muffins:                            


50 g butter                                                            
80 g dark chocolate, 65% cocoa
4 eggs
100 g of sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla paste
100 g of flour
1 teaspoon baking powder


Recipe for lemon love muffins:

125 g butter
125 g sugar
0.5 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 tablespoon lemon juice
A little grated lemon peel untreated
100 g of flour
0.5 teaspoon baking powder
some milk

For the frosting
75 g of powdered sugar
2.5 teaspoon lemon juice

Afterwards you fill the dough into baking dishes and bake them for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
